i'm also content in entry gaps because there are many more updates and i like to type, especially this time around.
i've gone koo koo for kittiez and a week ago we picked up a lil tyke who now goes by the name of Cobra. we went all the way to Brampton in the pouring/spitting rain/hail, the second attempt at this kitty run since we got on the wrong bus the first time around. twas all well worth the trouble/wait/two-day two-way silent treatment at the burgess&w. estate. the family we got him from was awesome, also - big, seven friendly kids with one on the way with a ton of cats running around, which makes for a good kitty. this guy ain't afraid of NOTHIN' which is a refreshing change from the other two pussycats (not that i don't love those bastards). anyway, pix :

speaking of WHICH, cannot put into words how much the Telephone video makes me want to go to the gym. o well, summer is coming and i'll walk it off i GUESS.
god i hate the summer. i really, really hate the summer. legs and shoulders and feet and heat, there's often no comfortable place for safety cardigans within this mix. who knows, maybe this is the year more than just my head and arms make an appearance after 8-odd years in hiding --- or maybe i should just get a burkini already.

anyWAY, enough awkward self loathing, moving onto the initial point of this blog, before these beasts invaded my life (that includes you, queen B), i have two things to offer you since i now moved my scanner to the living room where i lay.
these two are the kinda thing that started out as doodles and eventually became more interesting/promising too late to fix all the little things i can afford to ignore for a lil doodle. also, with these kinda things i tend to make a bunch of really minor additions/clean ups which are barely noticeable to anyone but me which is strangely frustrating. so next update should hopefully have completed or at least the slightly updated photo of the first one that is sitting here unscanned.
so, speaking of whiiich, i think i'm feeling done with school, at least this school. i've spent a lot of time these days kicking myself in the ass for not just going to art school to begin with. hopefully after a bigchat with mama dearest i can figure this all out somehow. or figure something or the other out for fuck's sake.

oh man, he's grown so much already! we took him to the vet and he said he's 2.5 pounds and that's gonna double in a month
